aiLearn provides educational content, exam preparation materials, self-evaluation tools, and other learning resources. Our services are designed to help users enhance their educational experience through personalized content and data-driven insights.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• aiLearn offers in-app purchases of coins and non-recurring subscription packages.
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Non-recurring subscription packages provide unlimited access to all features during the subscription period.
• You are responsible for any charges incurred in connection with your use of aiLearn.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to aiLearn.
• You grant aiLearn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of our services.
• You represent and warrant that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

• LearnCloud Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to aiLearn at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these terms will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• aiLearn is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as available' basis. LearnCloud Co., Ltd. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the service.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

• LearnCloud Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of aiLearn.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of aiLearn is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
